The service provided by Data Alliance (hereinafter "gcube") obtains users' consent to the receipt of advertising information and the associated processing of personal information pursuant to Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act. You may still use the Service without agreeing to these terms; however, you may be subject to restrictions on events, benefits, and the like.

1. gcube may provide marketing information to customers who have consented to receive it through the following channels:

* Email 
* SMS 
* Push notifications
* The Data Alliance website or the gcube service website

2. gcube complies with relevant laws to protect users' personal information, and the details of use for marketing and advertising are as follows:

* Notification of new services or products
* Provision of events and advertising information, and opportunities to participate
* Statistics on members' use of the Service

Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and Data Alliance's policies.
